Abstract: The present disclosure is generally directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising anti-IGF-IR antibodies and methods of making and using such compositions. In certain embodiments, such compositions exhibit low viscosity and high stability and can therefore be conveniently delivered to subjects in need thereof with reduced discomfort. Also provided herein are anti-IGF-IR antibodies that have a heavy chain comprising charged amino acid on its c-terminus.
