  • Publication number: 20240369698
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a space-based distributed radar system for facilitating imaging of areas, in accordance with some embodiments. Further, the space-based distributed radar system comprises a satellite cluster including satellites. Further, the satellites in the satellite cluster flies in a formation that transitions between orientations in relation to an area. Further, each satellite comprises a bay, a panel comprising a solar panel array and a microstrip antenna array, a transmitter, and a receiver. Further, the transmitter simultaneously transmits a signal towards the area using the microstrip antenna array in each of the orientations based on generating a signal information. Further, the receiver of each of the satellites receives a return signal from the area using the microstrip antenna array in each of the orientations for producing a return signal information. Further, an image of the area is formed using the signal information and the return signal information.

  • Patent number: 12124824
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method receives a definition that associates a compiler with a content type. The definition defines blocks that can be included in the content type. The method receives an input to create the content type on a platform. A compiler is selected from a plurality of compilers based on the compiler being associated with the content type in the definition. Compilers use different technologies to generate content, and the platform allows the plurality of compilers to be used. The method receives a model for creating content for the content type and processes the model using the compiler to create output for blocks in the model. The output for the blocks is rendered to display the content on a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240158316
Abstract: Aspects of the invention are associated with the discovery of processes for converting methane (CH 4), present in a methane-containing feed that may be obtained from a variety of sources such as natural gas, to higher hydrocarbons (e.g., C2+ hydrocarbons) such as C2 hydrocarbons (e.g., ethane, ethylene, and acetylene) and aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g., benzene, one or more C1- or C2-substituted benzenes, and/or one or more fused ring aromatic hydrocarbons). Representative processes involve direct, non-oxidative methane conversion (NOMC), such that the need for an oxidant to form CO as an intermediate may advantageously be avoided. This reduces overall complexity and the tendency to promote unwanted side reactions that reduce hydrocarbon yields and lead to CO2 production.

  • Patent number: 11868702
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and corresponding systems and apparatuses for configuring the visual appearance of a webpage. The method involves providing access to color schemes through a user interface of a software application and assigning color schemes to corresponding sections of the webpage based on user input. Each color scheme includes at least one foreground color paired with a corresponding background color that contrasts the foreground color. The method further involves generating source code representing the webpage. In some examples, the source code includes a first container corresponding to a first section and a second container corresponding to a second section. The first container includes properties corresponding to a first color scheme. Similarly, the second container includes properties corresponding to a second color scheme. Because the second section is a subsection of the first section, the source code is generated with the second container being nested within the first container.

  • Publication number: 20210332096
Abstract: Recombinant transforming growth factor (TGF)-? monomers modified to inhibit dimerization and block TGF-? signaling are described. The recombinant TGF-? monomers lack the ability to bind and recruit TGF-? type I receptor (T?RI), but retain the capacity to bind the high affinity TGF-? type II receptor (T?RII), and in some instances, include mutations that increase their affinity for T?RII. Nucleic acid molecules and vectors encoding the recombinant TGF-? monomers are also described. Isolated cells, such as T cells, can be re-programmed with a TGF-? monomer-encoding nucleic acid or vector to secrete the monomer. Use of the recombinant TGF-? monomers and/or cells producing the recombinant TGF-? monomers, to inhibit TGF-? signaling, such as to treat disorders associated with aberrant TGF-? signaling, are also described.
