The ends, the legs, and the stems have a means to adjust. The plate has a sleeve to accept the leg. The Z shaped arms have a clamp and connect to an end. The clamp connects to a lip of a truck bed. The seat assembly has necks to join the stems. The adjusting means of the stem and of the neck, of the arm and of the end, and of the leg and of the sleeve telescope to adjust the frame.
