    Abstract: A spool and holder for retaining a roll of sheeting material within a dispensing box. The holder consists of a pair of L-shaped brackets disposed at each end of the spool for engaging an end wall and two side walls of the box. The L-shaped brackets are slidably adjustable to accommodate different sized boxes. A wing nut is tightened along one end of the spool to keep the brackets in position against the box walls.
