Abstract: Methods and systems for communication between remote internet enabled devices to RF network based devices. The remote device is able to communicate through a gateway device connected to the internet and capable of RF network communication. It is by communication to this gateway device is that a server is able to identify and communicate with an RF device, such as a Bluetooth enabled tracking device, to uniquely identify it and alter its state, so that multiple users could simultaneously control the RF device without having a direct RF connection to the device.
