    Abstract: A new apparatus for saving toilet tissue for reducing the amount of tissue used. The inventive device includes a spring biased ring member mounted around the spindle and between the end of the roll and one of the support arms for producing a pressure on the end of the roll and reducing the ease with which it can rotate about the spindle and dispense tissue.
