Abstract: A Finger Weight System have a main central body portion and a pair of end body portions hinged to the main central body portion, allowing the end body portions to flex and hinge away from the main central body portion. A weight holder on each of the body portions for receiving weights. An outwardly bulb-shaped projection located on at least one of the end body portions, wherein the projection is sized to be received in an opening in a strap after the strap has been wrapped around a person's finger. A member hinged to a rear flange member for retaining the strap in position against the main central body portion, the member secured in a locked position against the strap by a front flange member including a tab or upstanding projection that fits into a groove on an end of the member.

Abstract: A two piece finger weight device including a weight member and a strap for connecting the weight member to a finger. The device has an arcuate surface for receiving a strap defined by transversely spaced flanges at each end of the arcuate surface and outwardly extending flanges at the central portion of the arcuate section. The strap is secured to the weight member by interfitting openings in the strap with outwardly extending projections provided on the arcuate surface. The strap is further retained in position by a hinged member secured to one flange member, which hinged member is extended over the strap on the arcuate surface and secured to a projection located on the other flange.

Abstract: The present invention includes a band for a person's limb or digit. The band has a body portion, at least one first strap portion extending in cantilever fashion from one side of the body portion toward another side of the body portion and at least one second strap portion extending in cantilever fashion from the another side of the body portion toward the one side of the body portion. The body and strap portions define an opening for receiving a limb or digit. The first and second strap portions flex when the band receives the limb or digit to securely and comfortably hold the band on the limb or digit. The band also includes at least one weight releasably securable to the body portion for increasing or decreasing the weight of the band.
