Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a hinged closure assembly for use with a container. The container has a continuous wall extending from a bottom to an upper edge and the container includes towelettes. The hinged closure assembly includes a mounting plate configured to mount to a surface or wall; a cover configured to hinge to the mounting plate and further configured to secure around the upper edge of the container; and a top hinged to the cover. The cover having a shaped opening configured to permit the removal of a towelette from within the container and the top is positioned to close over the shaped opening when not in use.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a mounting bracket for use with a container. The container has a wall extending from a bottom to an upper edge and has a mounting flange extending outwardly from a portion of the wall. The mounting flange includes an outer surface with a terminal edge leading to upper and lower edges and a pair of distal sides. The mounting bracket has a support side positionable towards the wall of the container. The support side includes a notched section with a base extending outwardly from the support side and a pair of lateral faces extending outwardly and away from edges of the base. Each lateral face includes a member positioned along a portion thereof and which extends towards the other member in a tapering edge such that the sides of the mounting flange are captured between the support side and the extending members.

Abstract: A towelette dispenser is provided with a lid. The lid has a central aperture for allowing access to a roll of towelettes maintained within a tub receiving the lid therein. The lid includes an inwardly tapered annular surface extending towards the tub. A gap segment is configured in the annular surface to define an entrance. The gap segment travels through the surface structure to a capturing element configured to exert a force on a towelette to permit separation of one towelette from supply of interconnected towelettes. The gap segment is further configured to travel upwardly along the surface structure in a direction away from the entrance towards the capturing element, such that the capturing element is offset and upwardly positioned along the surface structure from the entrance.

Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a bowl attachment for use in connection with a bottle having a threaded opening and configured to contain a fluid. The bowl attachment includes a main bowl portion and a cover portion. The main bowl portion has a thread connection to secure to the bottle neck. A wall extends from the connection section and is shaped as a bowl. An interior spout is connected to the thread connection section and permits fluid from the bottle to squeeze into the main bowl portion. A cover portion is secured to the main bowl portion and includes an aperture with a flip top lid.

Abstract: A sheet product dispenser includes a body portion defining an inner cavity, and an impeding element arranged in the inner cavity operative to exert a compressive force on a first sheet product disposed on a second sheet product in the inner cavity, the compressive force is operative to reduce a load exerted by the first sheet product the second sheet product.

Abstract: A beverage dispenser apparatus and method for dispensing a beverage, be it soda, beer or frozen “slushy” type is provided with a direct or indirect mounted game type controller for operating and dispensing the beverage. Additional features such as game displays, audio and or additional dispensing functions, such as adding flavoring, and vending may be controlled via the game type control. The vending operation may be initiated by money deposits or acceptance of some type card such as a debit, credit or other card.
