    Abstract: A shoulder stretching device can be used to stretch or strengthen targets muscles before or after surgery, after an injury, or for workouts. The device is multi-functional and adjustable. The device can include a longitudinal member, a top handgrip and forearm member operatively connected to the longitudinal member, a curved elbow member, and a bottom transverse member indirectly connected to the longitudinal member via the curved elbow member. A lateral adjuster can be fan-shaped and include a plurality of locking mechanism receivers that allow the longitudinal member to be angled closer to or farther away from the bottom transverse member. The handgrip and forearm members can be adjusted along a length and can rotate about the longitudinal member. A user can adjust the location and angles of the members in relation to each other and placement of the handgrip for adjustability and to use the device in a multi-functional way.

    Abstract: Aerial fire-fighting bucket systems are disclosed for liquid cargo pickup, transport, and discharge. Bucket systems include a valve system disposed in the lower structure and a computer-controlled hydraulic motor/pump and accumulator configured to maintain hydraulic pressure, and controls to release liquid cargo from the bucket by a hydraulically activated valve assembly. Hydraulic accumulator charging operates independently of activation of cargo pickup, transport, and discharge cycles. Hydraulic accumulator sizing provides for a minimum of actuations of extension and retraction of the piston within a short-time interval reducing weight and electrical supply burdens on the aircraft.

Bucket systems include rigging to be attached to the long line of an aircraft, the bucket having a pliable skin having an upper edge and a lower edge, an upper frame from which the upper edge of the skin is suspended, and a lower structure to which the lower edge of the skin is attached in a sealed manner. Fixed attachment of the skin by its sealing attachment to the lower structure forms a container for the liquid cargo. Bucket systems include a valve system disposed in the lower structure and optionally a computer-controlled hydraulic motor/pump and accumulator configured to maintain hydraulic pressure, and controls to release liquid cargo from the bucket by a hydraulically-activated flapper valve assembly. Bucket systems may include a power fill system with pump having an outlet comprising a plurality of check valves.

    Abstract: A sock device comprising: a first anchor; a sock; a strap, wherein the strap removably secures the first anchor to the sock; and a distributor. The strap can be used to fit through an attachment ring on the first anchor, pulled down towards a user's ankle, and secured to the sock thereby providing temporary flexion to the foot, which stretches the muscles and tendons of the heel region, calf region, and underneath area of the feet to help treat plantar fasciitis. The distributor provides an even distribution of flexion to the entire width of the foot.
