  • Patent number: 12129159
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a modular carriage system that includes one or more modular pieces to expand one or more dimensions of a base carriage plate. The modular pieces and/or the base carriage plate may include, and/or be configured to receive, mounting hardware to secure the modular pieces to the base carriage plate. In some examples, multiple modular pieces can be stacked together to incrementally increase the one or more dimensions.

  • Patent number: 11999603
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lift truck attachment system that includes a lift truck weighing device with a carriage mounted scale configured to support load handling fixtures and to be secured to a lift truck carriage. The weighing device includes one or more sensors arranged at a mounting interface between the lift truck carriage and the carriage mounted scale. The lift truck weighing device includes one or more of rails, plates, and/or mounting brackets, as a list of non-limiting examples, arranged at the interface with the one or more sensors, which measure a load from the load handling fixtures.

  • Publication number: 20230236060
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an onboard object measurement system for a vehicle, such as a lift truck. The vehicle may have one or more sensors incorporated thereon, such as within one or more load handling fixtures. Control circuitry associated with the vehicle and/or the sensors is configured to receive data from the first sensor corresponding to changes in force in the first axis, receive data from the second sensor corresponding to changes in force in the second axis, correlate the changes in force along the first and second axes, and to determine one or more of a direction of motion, a thrust, or a position of a center of gravity associated with the load based on the correlation.

  • Publication number: 20230196800
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for a dispensing cabinet incorporating an image based counting system that includes one or more imaging devices (e.g., one or more color cameras) to capture images of one or more items (e.g., pills, capsules, pharmaceutical units, items for medical use, etc.). Control circuitry of the image based counting system is configured to determine one or more properties of the one or more items based on the images. The dispensing cabinet includes a cabinet housing comprising one or more containers to hold the one or more items, which may employ mounting hardware to releasably secure the image based counting system to the cabinet housing.

  • Publication number: 20220340404
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lift truck weighing system that includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure forces acting on a lift truck. In particular, the sensors are secured at one or more interfaces between a plurality of axles and a chassis of the lift truck. In some examples, the sensors are secured to and/or incorporated with a plurality of axles configured to support the lift truck wheels, such as to or within the axles.

  • Publication number: 20220301215
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an onboard object dimensioning system for a vehicle, such as a lift truck. The vehicle may have one or more sensors (e.g., a radar system, an acoustic sensor, an image capture system, LIDAR, microwave, etc.) to generate and transmit a signal toward an object on the vehicle, which is received as a feedback signal corresponding to a reflection from one or more surfaces of the object. Control circuitry receives data from the sensors including signal characteristics of the feedback signal. The data is converted into multiple dimensions corresponding to the one or more surfaces of the object, which are employed to determine a shape, volume, orientation, or area of the one or more surfaces of the object corresponding to the first and second dimensions.
