    Abstract: An Energy Index that combines a measure of enterprise energy efficiency and a measure of sufficiency into a single energy index that will enable establishment and achievement of both energy efficiency and sufficiency. Traditionally enterprises monitored energy efficiency without consideration of sufficiency resources. A new Index is described that enables to monitor the performance of the on-site energy generation resources (sufficiency resources) and their contribution to the economic performance of the enterprise.
