Abstract: An antiviral medication which may be an aerosolizable formulation having a pharmaceutically active anti-viral compound present as a neutral compound selected from the group of free acid, free base, water insoluble salt and water insoluble ion pair); an excipient capable of forming a liquid complex with the pharmaceutically active anti-viral compound; and a polymeric surfactant suitable for pulmonary administration. A nebulizer to deliver the antiviral medication may have a compressed air chamber in communication with a medication chamber, the communication sealed by a spring valve in a rested state. A nebulizer chamber is in communication with the medication chamber, the nebulizer chamber having a pressure release orifice to deliver a stream the nebulized particle stream to the facemask and a continuously variable nebulizing pressure feed at the pressure release orifice.

Abstract: A composition to treat epidermal insults may have an ungraphenated detonation synthesis nanodiamonds (UDSND) and medical grade Siberian Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil (SBB) composition in a blended uniform composition with 1% hydrocortisone cream; wherein the UDSND are at 2 nm to 4 nm in initial crystal size and in the range of 0.2% to 0.5% of the UDSND-SBB composition weight and the SBB which is 99.5% to 99.8% of the UDSND-SBB composition weight; and wherein total composition ratio is in the range of about 3:1 to 10:1 hydrocortisone cream to UDSND-SBB composition. Preferably, the total composition ratio can be about 6:1 hydrocortisone cream to UDSND-SBB composition.

The nanodiamonds can be agglomerated crystals 30 nm to 50 nm in diameter.

Abstract: An exhaust system including a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) component and an oxidation catalyst component. The exhaust system also includes an exhaust treatment fluid injection system for dispersing an exhaust treatment fluid into an exhaust stream at a location adjacent either the SCR component or the oxidation catalyst component, wherein the exhaust treatment fluid injection device includes a common rail that provides the exhaust treatment fluid under pressure to a plurality of injectors that dose the exhaust treatment fluid into the exhaust stream. The exhaust treatment fluid injection device also includes a return rail for returning unused exhaust treatment fluid to the fluid source. Each of the common rail and return rail can be configured to allow drainage of the exhaust treatment fluid as a freeze-protection feature.
