Abstract: A system and a method include a scheduling control unit including one or more processors configured to generate scheduling options for resources of a service. The scheduling control unit is configured to analyze scheduling rules for the resources, and determine resource constraints as dictated by the scheduling rules. The scheduling control unit is configured to generate the scheduling options in accordance with the resource constraints.
