The second viscosity can be higher than the first viscosity and the second thermal conductivity is higher than the first thermal conductivity. The second potting material can be disposed on each of the end connections to provide increased thermal conductivity from the end connections.

The groups are arranged in series such that the gaps define a feed path for receiving a workpiece into serial contact with the workpiece engagement surfaces.
