A control section associated with the first working connection has a diameter stage and/or an axially extending groove and/or an axially extending flattened portion, so that when the actuator does not act on the valve slide, the first working connection is hydraulically connected to the outlet connection with the aid of the diameter stage and/or the groove and/or the flattened portion.

Abstract: A pressure control valve for an automatic transmission in a motor vehicle includes a housing, a valve slide which is guided in the housing and which has multiple adjacent sections, a first section having a first diameter, a second section adjacent thereto having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, and a third section having the first diameter adjacent to the second section. An inflow pressure opening is assigned to the first section, a control pressure opening is assigned to the second section and a return flow opening is assigned to the third section. An electromagnetic actuating device acts upon the valve slide via a piston, which is guided pressure-tight in the housing.

Abstract: A slide valve is used for controlling the hydraulic system in a motor vehicle automatic transmission. It includes a housing, a valve slide that is guided in the housing, which has a plurality of adjacent sections having different diameters. Furthermore, an electromagnetic operating device is provided, which is able to impinge upon the valve slide at least in a first effective direction. An impingement device impinges upon the valve slide counter to the first effective direction.

Abstract: For an electrically actuatable valve, in particular a pressure control valve for a transmission of a motor vehicle, with a hydraulic part and a magnet part that includes at least one solenoid coil and a movably supported solenoid armature which acts on an operating element of the valve, the solenoid armature being supported in the magnet part by at least one spring element, it is provided that the at least one spring element be made of a titanium alloy containing more than 1.5 percent by weight of titanium, and preferably more than 2 percent by weight of titanium.
