Abstract: A ratcheting tool may include a motor coupled to an output drive mechanism by a clutch assembly. A torque selector may be rotatably coupled to a housing of the tool, to provide for selection of a maximum output torque. The clutch assembly may selectively disengage the motor and the output drive mechanism, or slip, in response to detection of an output torque level, or resistance torque, that is greater than or equal to the selected maximum output torque level.
