    Abstract: A system and a method for monitoring emission of a greenhouse gas are disclosed. A plurality of satellite observations associated with the emission of the greenhouse gas in a first region of interest are received from a plurality of satellite data sources, respectively. The plurality of satellite observations are fused to generate a fused input data set. An emission estimation model is used to generate a first emission estimate of the greenhouse gas in the first region of interest based on the fused input data set.
