For a given drug such as anti-androgens and 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, and a given dosage, the likely responsiveness of that drug and dosage may be determined, for example, by generating a set of patient scores based on a patient profile, including genetic sample information, and comparing that scores to a set of reference information.
