  • Patent number: 10984801
Abstract: AM and LM parameters to be used for adapting an ASR model are derived for each audio segment of an audio stream comprising multiple audio programs. A set of identifiers, including a speaker identifier, a speaker domain identifier and a program domain identifier, is obtained for each audio segment. The set of identifiers are used to select most suitable AM and LM parameters for the particular audio segment. The embodiments enable provision of maximum constraints on the AMs and LMs and enable adaptation of the ASR model on the fly for audio streams of multiple audio programs, such as broadcast audio. This means that the embodiments enable selecting AM and LM parameters that are most suitable in terms of ASR performance for each audio segment.

  • Patent number: 10820250
Abstract: A method and a platoon manager for enabling a first wireless device located in a first vehicle to communicate over a cellular network when the first wireless device has no connection to the cellular network. After identifying a vehicle platoon to which the first vehicle belongs, a relay vehicle is found in the vehicle platoon where a second wireless device is located that has a connection to the cellular network. The second wireless device is then instructed to act as a relay to the cellular network for the communication with the first wireless device by means of a wireless Device-to-Device (D2D) link between the first and second wireless devices.

  • Publication number: 20200334629
Abstract: Methods (200, 900, 1100) and devices (300, 120, 130, 400, 510, 1000, 1200, 1340) enable tracking using existing mobile networks' infrastructure. A radio module (110, R, 1310) that is attached to a shipment sends one or more network attachment requests including a network-type identifier. Although the requests are rejected, the network records location information if the network-type identifier is actively associated with a shipment identifier.

  • Patent number: 10798736
Abstract: A method performed by a first network node (110), for managing channel access for a Wireless Device (WD) (120). The WD (120) supports one or more Radio Access Technologies (RATs). The first network node (110) receives a radio channel access request from the WD (120), which radio channel access request comprises information regarding a number of requirements on the channel access. The first network node (110) determines a channel access schedule based on the received information and channel statuses for the channels and RATs available within a geographical served by the first network node (110). The channel access schedule comprises information about the radio channel assigned to the WD (120). The first network node (110) further sends the channel access schedule to the WD (120).

  • Publication number: 20200296570
Abstract: Method performed by a first network node (111) for handling content in an Information-Centric Network (ICN). The first network node (111) operates in a wireless communications network (100). The first network node (111) obtains (502) an indication about one or more network nodes (130) where a request for a content by a wireless device (151) operating in the wireless communications network (100) is predicted to be received in one or more future time periods. The one or more network nodes (130) operate in the wireless communications network (100) supporting ICN. The first network node (111) then initiates instructing (503) at least a subset of the one or more network nodes (130) to obtain the content prior to the one or more future time periods. Also described are a second network node (112), a third network node (133), and the wireless device (151), for facilitating handling the content in the ICN.

  • Publication number: 20200137152
Abstract: A method and a communication device for determining a score relating to a first agent module are described. The communication device receives information relating to at least one request, performed by another agent module separate from the first agent module, for consumption of a capability of the first agent module. The information relating to the at least one request includes information about the capability of the first agent module, information about an intention of the first agent module, and information about a policy for the capability. The communication device calculates the score in relation to the first agent module based on the information relating to the at least one request, wherein the score further is specified with respect to the capability.
