  • Publication number: 20220339376
Abstract: A system is disclosed that includes a breathing apparatus, a display unit and a processing unit that is operatively connected to the display unit. The processing unit is configured to provide a graphical visualization on the display unit. The graphical visualization in turn includes a combination of a target indication for at least one ventilation related parameter of a ventilation strategy for a patient ventilated by the apparatus, and a reciprocating animation of the at least one ventilation related parameter relative the target indication. The target indication is for instance based on input of a user, such as an operator of the breathing apparatus. Alternatively, or in addition, it may be a default value stored on a memory unit being operatively connected to the processing unit. Alternatively, or in addition, the target indication is based on a measurement value of said patient's physiology or anatomy.

  • Patent number: 11287965
Abstract: A breathing apparatus 1 is disclosed. The breathing apparatus 1 has one or more electronic processors 2 and a touch screen 3 communicatively coupled to at least one of the processors 2. The processor 2 is configured to provide a user interface 4 on said touch screen 3 for modification of at least one operational parameter of said breathing apparatus 1. In some embodiments, the user interface 4 includes at least two touch sensitive display areas on the display area of the touch screen for modification of the operational parameter by an operator of the breathing apparatus. Each of the two touch sensitive display areas is dedicated for different types of user interaction, i.e. different user interaction modes are provided for by each of the two different display areas.

  • Patent number: 10976910
Abstract: A system is disclosed that includes a breathing apparatus, a touch screen unit and a processing unit. A first content (30) is displayed at a first screen location (30) of the touch screen. Upon a user input, comprising a gesture (35) of one or more gestures, at the first screen location (31), a second content related to the first content (30) is selected and displayed in dependence of the gesture (35) and the first content (30). The first content (30) is free of an indication of the second content, such as an indication comprised in the list of an icon, soft-button or a menu configured to activate the second content upon user selection on the touch screen.
