Abstract: A method includes accessing files that are Call Trace logs and that are from a plurality of vendors and that operate in a mobile network; downloading the files that are within an appropriate date range, that are complete, and that have not been already downloaded; based on a corresponding vendor for a file of the files, converting the file to a streaming output; and sending the streaming output to a Trace Receiver service in a Radio Access Network (RAN) Parser that is configured to process streaming Call Trace messages.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a data stream from a mobile network having one or more vendor's equipment and one or more wireless technologies; decoding a message from the data stream based on what port the message was received on, wherein the port is used to automatically detect how the decoding performs based on one or more of vendor's equipment and wireless technology; converting the message to a common output format based on the decoding, wherein the common output format is a same format for the one or more vendor's equipment and the one or more wireless technologies; and providing the message in the common output format for subsequent processing.

Abstract: A method includes accessing messages stored in a publishing system, wherein the messages are derived from Call Trace messages and are stored in a vendor and technology agnostic manner; starting a cell fragment based on a starting type message for a call; linking associated messages for the call to the cell fragment; ending the cell fragment based on an ending type message for the call; and utilizing the cell fragment for creating a Call Data Record (CDR) of the call.

Abstract: A method includes receiving data from one or more of (i) a data stream from one or more sources and (ii) a file, wherein the one or more sources are from systems associated with a mobile network; analyzing and summarizing relevant information from the data stream, wherein the relevant information includes data associated with user identities; transforming the relevant information included into a common output format, wherein the common output format is a same format for one or more vendor's equipment and one or more wireless technologies; and storing the relevant information in in-memory storage.
