  • Publication number: 20240073680
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, performed by a first node (111). The method is for handling encrypted traffic in a communications system (100). The first node (111) receives (304), from a second node (112) one or more keys to enable decryption by a third node (113) of traffic. The traffic is routed between two or more endpoints (130, 120) and is encrypted between the endpoints (130, 120) The first node (111) also receives (304) the one or more indications. The one or more indications indicate a respective protocol to be used with the one or more keys to enable decryption of the traffic. The first node (111) also initiates (305) sending the one or more keys and the one or more indications to the third node (113), thereby enabling decryption of the traffic. The first node (111) and the third node (113) are different from any of the two or more endpoints (130, 120).

An example grill includes a burner valve, a rotary encoder, and a controller. The burner valve is movable between an open position and a closed position. The rotary encoder includes a rotatable portion and a fixed portion. The control knob is mechanically coupled to the rotatable portion. The rotatable portion is rotatable relative to the fixed portion. The rotary encoder is to detect a rotational position of the control knob. The rotational position of the control knob corresponds to a rotational position of the rotatable portion relative to the fixed portion. The controller is in electrical communication with the rotary encoder. The controller is to determine a target position of the burner valve based on the rotational position of the control knob. The controller is to instruct the burner valve to move to the target position.

  • Patent number: 11457232
Abstract: A coding efficiency improvement is achieved by performing bit-plane coding in a manner so that coefficient groups for which the set of coded bit-planes is predictively signaled in the datastream, are grouped in two group sets and if a signal is spent in the datastream which signals, for a group set, whether the set of coded bit-planes of all coefficient groups of the respective group set are empty, i.e. all coefficients within the respective group sets are insignificant. In accordance with another aspect, a coding efficiency improvement is achieved by providing bit-plane coding with group-set-wise insignificant signalization according to the first aspect as a coding option alternative relative to the signalization for group sets for which it is signaled that there is no coded prediction residual for the coded bit-planes for the claim groups within the respective group set.
