  • Publication number: 20240134761
Abstract: A storage appliance may be configured to perform a method to evaluate a failover procedure. The method may include receiving a trigger indication to perform a test failover procedure for a plurality of virtual machines and identifying, based on receiving the trigger indication, a set of procedures for performing a full failover procedure on a target system based at least in part on a recovery configuration for the plurality of virtual machines. The method may include selecting a subset of test procedures of the set of procedures, causing execution on the target system of the subset of test procedures on a subset of virtual machines of the plurality of virtual machines, and calculating, based at least in part on the execution of the subset of test procedures on the subset of virtual machines, a success metric associated with the full failover procedure for the plurality of virtual machines.

  • Patent number: 11934432
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for generating a dynamic label for a real-time communication session. An ongoing communication session is monitored to identify a content characteristic of the communication session. A size of a sliding window is determined based on the content characteristic, where the size of the sliding window defines a segment of the communication session to include in the most recent subset of communications. The most recent subset of communications is analyzed to identify relevant words based on one or more relevancy criteria. A dynamic label associated with the communication session is generated, where the dynamic label includes at least a selected one of the relevant words.

  • Publication number: 20230411058
Abstract: A closure device includes a first magnet and a housing with a second magnet positioned therein. The first magnet is configured to be position in a first object and the housing is configured to be positioned in a second object. The housing has a top end and at least one adjustment mechanism connected to the housing that moves the second magnet in at least one translational direction or at least one rotational direction relative to the top end of the housing. The movement of the second magnet relative to the top end of the housing adjusts the position or orientation of the second magnet relative to the first magnet to alter a magnetic force between the first magnet and the second magnet when the first magnet is positioned proximate the top end of the housing.

  • Patent number: 11615252
Abstract: A dispatcher virtual assistant (DVA) that can augment the capability of emergency dispatchers while reducing human errors. Major functions of the DVA include updating an emergency incident's status in real time, recommending or reminding the dispatcher to take proper actions at the right timing, answering the dispatcher's inquiries for task-related information, and fulfilling the dispatcher's request for an incident report. The DVA system includes a dispatcher language model based on machine-learning and deep-learning algorithms, for extracting the status of a live incident from incoming incident logs, and for processing and answering inquiries or requests from the dispatcher. It is customizable for different types of emergencies and for different local communities. The DVA can be used in tandem with an existing CAD system.

  • Publication number: 20230062177
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for generating indications of real-time communication sessions. An ongoing communication session is monitored to identify a most recent subset of communications, the most recent subset of communications being defined by a sliding window. The most recent subset of communications is analysed to identify one or more relevant words, based on at least a user-specific relevancy criterion, the user-specific relevancy criterion being relevant to a user-specific topic associated with a given user profile. Responsive to identifying the one or more relevant words, an indication of the ongoing communication session is provided to a user device associated with the given user profile.
