    Abstract: Among the various aspects of the present disclosure is the provision of methods of treating cancer in a subject comprising administering a TYK2 inhibiting agent and a MEK inhibiting agent. In some embodiments, the subject has a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST), neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) cancer predisposition syndrome, benign plexiform neurofibromas (PN), or atypical neurofibromas (ANNUBP). Methods of inhibiting TYK2 and MEK in a subject in need thereof are also provided.
