Patent number: 6280075Abstract: Storage containers (4, 14) located in a first supply station (1) are provided for mixed constituents which are characteristic of a first product. Outflow lines (8, 18) which can be closed run out of the storage containers (4, 14) via first closing devices (61, 62). A second set of storage containers (24, 34) located in a second supply station (2) are provided for mixed constituents which are characteristic of an additional product. Second outflow lines (48, 58, 68) which can be closed run out of the second set of storage containers (24, 34) via second closing devices (63, 70). Storage containers (44, 54, 64) located in the third supply station (3) are provided for mixed constituents which are available in both products to be produced. Outflow lines (48, 58, 68) are permanently open when the system is in operation. Patent number: 5564305Abstract: A column of liquid is formed in a conduit for such liquid, of which flow-off amount gives then between two level measuring probes a constant value. This constant value is compared with the indicated value of a flow meter arranged in the conduit regarding the conformity in order to detect if the value indicated by the flow meter lies within a tolerance range or not. In the latter case, the error indication of the flow meter is too large and the liquid conduit is shut off. This controlling is made in arbitrary intervals automatically by the apparatus, whereby the interval is set by the speed with which the liquid column is completed.Type: GrantFiled: April 17, 1995Date of Patent: October 15, 1996Assignees: Angelo Cadeo, Miteco AGInventor: Angelo Cadeo

Patent number: 4964732Abstract: The mass flow of the individual goods fed from a respective storage tank by a conveying apparatus is measured by a flowmeter. The mass flow is controlled via a controller. As long as the actual value of the flow masses of each separate component does not correspond to their respective rated value, all mass flows are returned via a switch-over valve and a return line back to the respective storage tank. When all actual values correspond to their rated values, the switch-over valves will switch such that the individual components are guided through the feed line to the mixing apparatus. The mixture produced in this mixing apparatus is once more analyzed by further detecting devices. If the analyzed actual values again do not correspond to the rated analyzed values, an immediate switching of the switch-over valves to the return bypass operation is again initiated.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 1989Date of Patent: October 23, 1990Assignees: Miteco AG, Angelo CadeoInventors: Angelo Cadeo, Ruedi Zellweger

Patent number: 4786183Abstract: The mixing apparatus has a plurality of pump impellers having one common axis and extending parallel to each other. Immediately adjacent pump impellers have opposite directions of rotation. The blading of the pump impellers is such that the currents of the mediums exiting the pump impellers have an as large as possible peripheral component. The medium currents exiting the adjacent pump impellers and having opposite senses of rotation are guided together and generate at the mutual point of contact an extremely high turbulence because the peripheral components of the exiting rotating currents of the mediums are directed oppositely to each other and eliminate each other practically immediately.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 1986Date of Patent: November 22, 1988Assignee: Miteco AGInventor: Angelo Cadeo
