Abstract: Compression sleeve fabricated of a composite material that surrounds the joint to be supported and has a main layer of elastically stretchable material and at least one thin film of stretchable material which is laminated to the main layer and provides additional compressive forces that combine with compressive forces provided by the main layer in supporting a joint about which the sleeve is stretched. The material has a third layer which in some embodiments is a nylon jersey material, while in others it is another stretchable material that provides additional compressive forces and support.

Abstract: Exerciser for strengthening the grip of the hand and/or muscles of the forearm having a pair of handgrips or handles which are removably mounted on the arms of a helical torsion spring in a manner permitting the grips to be used interchangeably with springs having different strengths or resistances. The handgrips are fabricated at least in part of rubber or other rubberized material with longitudinally extending bores having resilient side walls configured for frictional engagement with spring arms of different diameters in a manner that permits rotational slippage of the handgrips about the spring arms and limits axial movement of the handgrips on the spring arms when the grip exerciser is in use and permits the handgrips to slide axially along the spring arms during installation and removal of the handgrips.

Abstract: A belt including a belt portion, a bottle connector integrated into the belt portion, the bottle connector defining a receiving opening, and a bottle including a bottle hook, wherein the bottle hook is configured to be inserted into the receiving opening of the bottle connector, thereby mounting the bottle on the belt. A bottle mounting system for a belt includes a bottle having a spout and a removable cap, a hook configured to be disposed over the bottle spout and retained on the bottle by the removable cap, and a connector integrated into a belt to define a receiving opening for the hook.

Abstract: Pad that mounts on the bar of a barbell and spreads forces exerted by the bar over a larger area of the shoulders, neck, and/or chest of a person upon which the bar is resting. The pad has an elongated body of resilient, highly compressible injection molded EVA foam having an annular cross section, an inner surface that grips the bar and holds the pad in place on the bar, and an outer surface with an ogee curvature that conforms to the contour of the shoulders, neck, and/or chest of the person using the barbell.
