Abstract: An apparatus for producing crisp, long term preservation, small loaves on an industrial scale including a forming machine having a feeder assembly, a molding station and a forming station laid sequentially to each other. The feeder assembly includes a plurality of parallel, sequentially-laid driven roll pairs, a gap between corresponding roll pairs decreasing in width from the most upstream roll pair to the most downstream roll pair. The molding station includes first and second counter rotating driven rolls, the first roll having a plurality of mold cavities uniformly distributed across its skirt, and the second roll having a smooth surface skirt, the rolls being mounted in pressure contact with each other. The forming station includes a folder device.

Abstract: A device enabling the revolutionary speed to be measured between two parts in relative rotation such as the supports of a vehicle wheel and in particular between rings of a rolling bearing for the support of a vehicle wheel, including a first shield integral with the rotating ring of the rolling bearing carrying a magnetized ring with a pair of alternate poles, which is placed in front of, in operation, a passive sensor borne by a second shield attached to the fixed ring of the bearing; the sensor is inductive and has n polar pieces in a number proportional to the pairs of alternate poles of the magnetized ring; the configurations of shields and sensor are such that the elements measuring the relative speed are integral with the shields and protected outwards.

Abstract: A low water content (lower than 40% bulk based on the flour bulk) breadmaking dough prepared from a high gluten content (proteins in excess of 12%) flour, is rolled until a visco-elastic characteristic breadmaking dough is obtained; metered amounts of the breadmaking dough are then pressed into respective molds to yield a compressed, flat bun blank.The flat bun blank is rolled up, given a desired shape, allowed to leaven, and following a baking step, dried down to a moisture content lower than 10%.
