Due to the addition of both bleach and vinegar, the detersive system shows synergistic activity with regards to necessary areas and objects of cleanliness that can be found in restaurants and eating establishments. In addition to the synergistic activity, the formulation does not release harmful chloramine gas that is usually present when vinegars and bleach are mixed.
