  • Publication number: 20250062203
Abstract: A substrate includes a core layer and one or more metallization layers. The core layer provides stabilization to the substrate to reduce or avoid warpage. The core layer may include a glass material weaved throughout the core to provide stabilization and avoid warpage. A metallization layer adjacent to the core layer in the substate includes an insulation layer and the embedded metal structure(s) that is positioned from the core layer. The thickness of the insulation layer is greater than the embedded metal structure so that a surface of the embedded metal structure is positioned at least at a length from the surface of the glass material. This can avoid or reduce the risk of the embedded metal structure electrically shorting to another metal structure in the substrate through the core layer.

  • Patent number: 12227924
Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for the extraction of water molecules from the air includes a combination of electrical mechanisms and materials engineering. With the help of hydrophobic and hydrophilic materials on an array of thermally conductive and electrically insulated materials, the extraction of water from the air is significantly increased. A combination of hydrophobic and hydrophilic materials and an electric field gradient moves the water molecules towards the collection system thus speeding up the water formation process. This also inhibits the re evaporation of the water droplets.

  • Publication number: 20250014144
Abstract: A neural operator-based architecture for performing synthetic frame generation is introduced. The architecture leverages the principles of physics to learn the features in the frames, independent of input resolution, through token mixing and global convolution in the Fourier spectral domain by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The architecture overcomes one of the common limitations exhibited by models that use convolutional layers, a variance to scale, and makes the model resolution independent. This approach is particularly relevant in cases where hardware and resource limitations prevent the capture of high frame rate videos.

  • Publication number: 20250005925
Abstract: A novel multi-modal audio video framework is disclosed. The framework advantageously leverages both audio and video information to accurately detect whether the video has been manipulated, e.g., detect whether the video is a so-called ‘deepfake.’ In a video-only pipeline, the framework adopts a vision encoder having a feature extractor and a Transformer encoder that leverages self-attention mechanisms to detect artifacts in a facial region of the video. Additionally, in a separate audio-video pipeline, the framework adopts an audio+lip encoder having a Transformer encoder that leverages cross-attention mechanisms to identify discrepancies between lip movements of the person and words spoken by the person in the video. These two modalities are used jointly to make an inference as to whether the video has been manipulated.
