Patent number: 11805097Abstract: A network security platform (NSP) device and interaction method are disclosed. The interaction method provides network packet analysis for secure transmission protocols using ephemeral keys or keys that are negotiated dynamically. The NSP may be part of an Intrusion Protection System, or firewall. The disclosed approach does not use man-in-the-middle proxy. Instead, it includes monitoring connections ends: client and/or server, to intercept the required data or negotiated (or changed) encryption keys. Decrypted data may be sent to an NSP sensor in a secure manner for analysis. Alternatively, intercepted keys used for the encrypt/decrypt operations may be sent to an NSP sensor in a secure manner every time they are changed. The NSP sensor may then use the obtained keys to decrypt traffic prior to providing it to the inspection engines. Embodiments focused on inbound traffic to a web server may coordinate between a web server and an NSP.Type: GrantFiled: December 25, 2020Date of Patent: October 31, 2023Assignee: Skyhigh Security LLCInventors: Manikandan Kenyan, Shelendra Sharma, Anil Abraham

Publication number: 20230099325Abstract: An incident management system for enterprise operations is disclosed. The system 100 includes an operational details collection module 110, a data processing module 120, an operational details analysis module 130, an anomaly detection module 140 and an incident recognition module 150 including an incident cause analysis sub-module 155 and an incident cause description sub-module 160. The system 100 collects enterprise operational details from an operational database, analyzes huge volumes of logs, KPIs, traces, and IT asset relationships using proprietary machine learning techniques to identify one or more abnormal patterns, one or more hidden issues, one or more cross-domain performance issues, and one or more unusual system behaviors. Also, the system correlates, in real-time, with a huge volume of logs, KPIs, and IT system topologies to understand the relationship between different symptoms and problems at the machine's speed to arrive at a root cause and impacts.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 4, 2022Publication date: March 30, 2023Inventors: ANIL ABRAHAM KURIAKOSE, ROSHNA RAJ THEKKEDATH MELETHIL

Publication number: 20220286720Abstract: Systems and methods for switching from a linearly distributed live content and/or internet stream to other contents are provided by aligning timing between contents. Break points may be programmed between diverse non-time synced source encoder of the respective contents to facilitate switching between contents. A first linear stream is caused to be provided. A switchover time to a second linear stream is then identified. The second linear stream is caused to be provided at the switchover time. In different embodiments, switching may occur between different number of contents using the described systems and methods. One or more streaming contents may be up-converted and/or down-converted in different streaming systems.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2022Publication date: September 8, 2022Inventors: Grant McGilvray, Clarence Hau, Michael Harrell, Anil Abraham, Peter Rosenberg

Patent number: 10606809Abstract: A server enforces a policy for selecting what received change to process. The non-selected changes are not processed by the server. Instead, after the selected change is processed and is incorporated into the current version of the text, the server sends an update to each of the clients indicating the change made to the current version of text. A client performs a conflict resolution procedure when its change was not processed by the server. The conflict resolution procedure detects the differences between the updated text version and its text change that was not accepted by the server and uses the differences to deduce the intent of the user and come up with a merged version of the text which preserves the intent and avoids data loss. The updated version is then sent back to the server to update the current version of the text.Type: GrantFiled: January 28, 2019Date of Patent: March 31, 2020Assignee: MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY LICENSING, LLCInventors: Shruti Kasetty, Anil Abraham Elson
