Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system of price alteration through buyer affected aggregation of purchasers are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of buyer altered aggregation of purchasers includes generating an offer of at least two of an item (e.g., a good, a real property, an intangible property, and/or a service) for sale at a conditionally determined price to a potential buyer, acquiring an additional potential buyer. The method includes aggregating a set of potential buyers to affect the conditionally determined price. In addition, the method includes selling at least two of the item at the conditionally determined price to the set of potential buyers at a predetermined time.
