  • Publication number: 20240025611
Abstract: A holding structure includes receptacles formed by peripherally formed side walls, an annular gap being formed between a side wall of a container or device and one of the peripherally formed side walls when containers or devices are received therein, the receptacles being compressed in a first direction and expanded in a second direction transversely thereto, with the result that the gap is widened to form a widened clearance for handling containers or devices which are received in the receptacles, the holding structure further including an upper side, the peripherally formed side walls including an upper edge which forms a closed, smooth curve having at least one local maximum and at least one local minimum in a direction perpendicular to the upper side of the holding structure, the at least one local minimum being situated in a region of the widened clearance that is respectively assigned.

  • Patent number: 11794974
Abstract: The present invention relates to a holding structure for simultaneously holding a plurality of containers for substances for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic applications or of devices having such containers, having a plurality of receptacles. The receptacles are arranged in a regular arrangement and are formed by in each case peripherally formed side walls. The receptacles have in each case one or two widened clearances having a dimension which is greater than the width of a gap between the containers received in the receptacles and side walls of the receptacles in the regions other than the widened clearances. The widened clearances additionally make available space for access to containers or devices which are received in the receptacles for handling thereof.

  • Patent number: 11540975
Abstract: A device is provided that accommodates elongate receptacles and charges. The device includes a superior surface, a first positioning device, a detaining device, and either a pusher or a second positioning device. The first positioning device is adapted and arranged to accommodate a pairing of a charge and a corresponding elongate receptacle. The pusher is moveable along a direction towards the superior surface to introduce the charge into the elongate receptacle. The second positioning device accommodates the pusher with the second positioning device and the pusher being moveable along the direction towards the superior surface to introduce the charge into the elongate receptacle. The detaining device limits the extent of movement of the pusher towards the superior surface.

  • Publication number: 20220380070
Abstract: A method of filling pharmaceutical containers includes: filling a first plurality of containers, the first plurality of containers being supported by a first holder supported on a first step of a first transport and packaging container defining a first step height, the filling includes moving filling needles of a filling device to a filling needle height and dispensing a substance into each of the first plurality of containers; and filling a second plurality of containers, the second plurality of containers being supported by a second holder supported on a second step of a second transport and packaging container defining a second step height equal to the first step height, the filling includes moving the filling needles to the filling needle height and dispensing the substance into each of the second plurality of containers, the second plurality of containers differ from the first plurality of containers in at least one aspect.

  • Patent number: 11472602
Abstract: A combination includes: a holding structure including receptacles which are arranged in a regular arrangement and are formed by peripherally formed side walls; containers received in the receptacles, the containers having a basic body which, at an upper end, merges into a shoulder portion which is adjoined by a narrowed neck portion with a widened upper edge with an opening; holding projections provided at lower ends of the receptacles and configured to hold the containers in the receptacles, the holding projections at the lower ends protruding radially inwards into the receptacles, the containers being supported directly on the holding projections; and centering elements provided above the holding projections and configured to center the containers in the receptacles. The centering elements have a beveled configuration and protruding into the receptacles in order to reduce a width of the receptacles at the lower ends thereof in a funnel shape.
