  • Patent number: 12380518
Abstract: In one aspect, data characterizing fueling station user's location relative to a fueling station, a time slot of availability of a fuel dispenser at the fueling station, and a configuration of the fuel dispenser for fuel dispensing operations can be received. An arrival time of the fueling station user at the fueling station can be determined based on the location data. A selection prompt characterizing the fuel dispenser configuration data can be determined, and the selection prompt can include a field for specifying an operating parameter of the fuel dispenser. Selection data characterizing the operating parameter can be determined in response to an input of the operating parameter into the field. A fueling station allocation can be determined based on the arrival time, the time slot data, and the selection data. The fueling station allocation can be provided. Related apparatus, systems, methods, techniques, and articles are also described.

  • Patent number: 12361341
Abstract: Various exemplary devices, systems, and methods for automatic service appointment suggestion and booking through a dispenser are provided. In general, a dispenser within a dispensing environment is configured to identify information of a vehicle present within the dispensing environment based on image or video data of a portion of the vehicle captured by an image sensor within the dispensing environment. In an exemplary implementation, the dispenser is further configured to obtain service history information of the vehicle from a remote entity using the identifying information of the vehicle and display current service information and one or more first interactive graphics for booking a vehicle service appointment based on the service history information. In response to receiving a booking confirmation, the dispenser is configured to cause a vehicle service appointment to be booked with a vehicle service station.

  • Publication number: 20230315831
Abstract: In one aspect, a method includes establishing a first communication channel between a first computing device associated with a fuel dispenser user and a second computing device configured within a fuel dispenser. The method can further include receiving, by the second computing device, first data characterizing a first authorization of the fuel dispenser user of a fuel dispenser. The method also includes determining, by the second computing device, a second authorization of the fuel dispenser user based on the first data. The method further includes controlling, by the second computing device and based on the second authorization, operation of the fuel dispenser to dispense fuel. The method also includes providing, by the second computing device via the first communication channel, second data characterizing the operation of the fuel dispenser to the first computing device. Related apparatus, systems, and articles are also described.
