  • Patent number: 11636091
Abstract: A method of enhancing one or more fields of a master database record based on a consumption of one or more data points provided via a third-party data subscription service is disclosed. An aggregated view corresponding to a master database record is accessed. The aggregated view identifies correspondences between the one or more fields of the master database record and the one or more data points provided via the third-party data subscription service. Based on a determination that one or more consumption criteria are met, the one or more data points are consumed and stored in a central database. The one or more fields of the master database record are updated based on the one or more consumed data points. The enhanced master database record is provided via a network to one or more computerized processes associated with one or more consumers of the enhanced master database record.

  • Publication number: 20230111167
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed to provide recommendations based on sensor data. The system may include a dynamic customer profile data store that contains electronic records. Each record may be associated with a customer and include a customer identifier and a value for each of a set of customer traits derived from sensor data. A data envelopment analysis platform may access information about a first customer from the dynamic customer profile data store and utilize data envelopment analysis to calculate efficacy scores for the set of customer traits. A recommendation engine may then generate a customer recommendation for the first customer based on the values of each of the set of customer traits and the efficacy scores. Information about a customer action associated with the customer recommendation may be fed back to the data envelopment analysis platform.

  • Patent number: 11037169
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product automate support for an Internet of Things (IoT) device by a trusted agent. The system includes a mobile wallet executed by a user device that effects execution of a financial transaction with a third party system for an IoT device. A device interface receives a unique identifier associated with the IoT device. A network interface accesses support information associated with the unique identifier of the IoT device. A secure storage used by the mobile wallet stores the unique identifier and support information. A support operation engine executes a support operation for the IoT device based on the unique identifier and support information in the secure storage accessed by the mobile wallet.
