Abstract: In accordance with the described techniques for attribution in contextual question answering using large-language-model hidden states, a processing device receives a document and an answer formulated by a first machine-learning model from the content of the document. A second machine-learning model decomposes the answer into one or more answer tokens and attributes each answer token to one or more document tokens of the document. The processing device then generates an annotated document that includes at least one visual indication associating one or more answer tokens with one or more document tokens.

Abstract: An automatic insurance claim denial management system and process are disclosed. The automatic insurance claim denial management method receives a notification of denial of the insurance claim by one or more payers. The notification also includes an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) reconciliation data provided by the payer. One or more reasons for claim denial are automatically identified by analyzing the ERA data. After analysis of the ERA data and knowing one or more reasons for the denial of the insurance claim, corrections are applied to an insurance claim form i.e., rejected by the payer. Finally, the modified insurance claim form is submitted to the payer, ensuring that the insurance claims meet the necessary criteria for approval upon re-submission.

Abstract: A method performed by a base station is provided. The method includes identifying at least one of a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWP) level metrics and a plurality of user equipment (UE) level metrics for each of a plurality of BWPs for a first time window in corresponding BWP from among the plurality of BWPs, determining a BWP assignment policy based on the identified at least one of the plurality of BWP level metrics and the plurality of UE level metrics, and assigning for a second time window after the first time window, each of a plurality of UEs to each of the BWPs based on the determined BWP assignment policy.

The first category is based on a first node and a first sub-node associated with the first node. A machine learning model is trained to categorize the first item using the first item data. Second item data associated with a second item is received. A second category is assigned to the second item with the second item data using a machine learning model trained with the training data. The second category is based on a second node and a second sub-node associated with the second node. Additional training data is iteratively received over time to train the machine learning model over time. The additional training data relates to assigning a third category to a third item using third item data associated with the third item.

Abstract: An appointment scheduling platform manages a user accessible waitlist. A user interface receives a request from a user to book an appointment schedule based on user preferences, and available appointment schedules are identified corresponding to user preferences. Further, requests are collected from the user to be added to the waitlist. An appointment monitoring system tracks the waitlist in case of appointment cancellations by using the user interface that displays the waitlist option along with appointment schedules. A machine learning module prioritizes the users on the waitlist using inputs including user preferences, historical data, and medical practitioner notes to create eligibility for the user. A notification module notifies the user of the eligibility list upon the availability of vacant session slots, and a confirmation module confirms the booking of the appointment schedule after the user submits the user selection.

Abstract: Utilizing a secure collaborative document segmentation, allocation, and editing system and method, users can securely edit individual sections of documents where different sections are allocated to different users or groups of multiple users. The electronic document is segregated into one or more sections. The one or more sections are allocated to one or more users. Each of the one or more segregated sections is shared with the one or more users by providing an access link to each of the one or more users to access their allocated one or more segregated section. Each edited section is received from the corresponding one or more users and compiled to automatically generate a final electronic document.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A data management system (DMS) may receive an indication of a storage configuration for an object storage location within a cloud environment. The DMS may generate a snapshot of a computing system in accordance with a backup policy associated with the computing system. The DMS may cause one or more data objects corresponding to the snapshot to be stored in the object storage location within the cloud environment in accordance with the storage configuration. The DMS may apply immutable object locks to the one or more data objects within the object storage location. The DMS may execute, in accordance with the backup policy associated with the computing system, one or more jobs that cause the respective immutable object locks for the one or more data objects to be extended one or more times during a retention period for the snapshot.

Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for generating fine-grain attributions for document question answering systems. The method may include receiving a question for a document. An answer generator generates an answer corresponding to the question. An attribution request associated with a portion of the answer is received. The portion of the answer includes a subset of text from the answer. An attribution generator generates one or more attributions for the portion of the answer based on sources associated with the answer. The one or more attributions are then presented for display.

Abstract: A system and a method to enhance the continuity of care for a patient is disclosed. The method disclosed herein includes accessing the patient's data available in one or more formats, where the patient's data includes a pre-stored data, a real-time generated data or a combination thereof. The patient's data is then processed using machine learning techniques and language learning model by extracting relevant information from the patient's data. Further, the one or more patient-specific assignment recommendations are generated in correspondence to the processed patient's data, where the assignment recommendations are designed to address a condition management in the patient.

The system receives patient's data and processes it using machine learning techniques and language learning models by extracting relevant information from the patient's data. The generated one or more session notes are compiled to automatically generate a medical session report of the patient. Abstract: A system and method for condition tracking and management is disclosed. In the method, a user input including a message related to manifestation of the condition is received by a user. Based on one or more condition tracking parameters, condition related information is extracted from the user input. The condition related information is associated with the user. The condition related information is then classified to one or more disease tracking parameters by allocation the information to the corresponding condition tracking parameters. Further, the condition related information is compared to pre-stored condition related information, by comparing a user profile of the user with one or more other user profiles that are pre-stored. Subsequently, a response including one or more recommendations appropriate to the at least one user input is generated and the response is provided to the user.

The method may include generating a first snapshot of a first state of a data object, generating, using metadata associated with the first snapshot of the first state, a first hash value, and storing the first hash value to a blockchain. If the data object or device or system supporting the data object fails, then a failover procedure may be used to recover the data object. The method may include receiving an instruction to recover the first state of the data object using the first snapshot, retrieving the first hash value from the blockchain, comparing the first hash value retrieved from the blockchain to a second hash value of the metadata associated with the first snapshot, and determining, based at least in part on a result of the comparing, whether the first snapshot stored in the data management system is unmodified.
