    Abstract: A system and method for condition tracking and management is disclosed. In the method, a user input including a message related to manifestation of the condition is received by a user. Based on one or more condition tracking parameters, condition related information is extracted from the user input. The condition related information is associated with the user. The condition related information is then classified to one or more disease tracking parameters by allocation the information to the corresponding condition tracking parameters. Further, the condition related information is compared to pre-stored condition related information, by comparing a user profile of the user with one or more other user profiles that are pre-stored. Subsequently, a response including one or more recommendations appropriate to the at least one user input is generated and the response is provided to the user.

A data management system (DMS) may receive an indication of a storage configuration for an object storage location within a cloud environment. The DMS may generate a snapshot of a computing system in accordance with a backup policy associated with the computing system. The DMS may cause one or more data objects corresponding to the snapshot to be stored in the object storage location within the cloud environment in accordance with the storage configuration. The DMS may apply immutable object locks to the one or more data objects within the object storage location. The DMS may execute, in accordance with the backup policy associated with the computing system, one or more jobs that cause the respective immutable object locks for the one or more data objects to be extended one or more times during a retention period for the snapshot.

The method may include receiving an instruction to recover the first state of the data object using the first snapshot, retrieving the first hash value from the blockchain, comparing the first hash value retrieved from the blockchain to a second hash value of the metadata associated with the first snapshot, and determining, based at least in part on a result of the comparing, whether the first snapshot stored in the data management system is unmodified.

    Abstract: A method for estimating the relative impact of two or more patent portfolios belonging to one or more companies is disclosed. Each patent of a patent portfolio is categorized into at least one market segment. A Technological Strength Index (TSI) is computed for each patent based on patent citations. An Economic Impact Index (EII) value is computed for each market segment based on the market size and market growth rate of the market segment, and the market share of the company in each market segment. A Company Innovation Efficiency Index (CIEI) value is computed for the patent portfolio based on the R&D expenditure of the company and the number of patents granted to the company. TSI and EII values of patents in a patent portfolio, and the CIEI value of the patent portfolio are used to compute an Overall Index for the patent portfolio. A similar exercise is carried out for all the portfolios being analyzed. The Overall Index provides a relative measure of the impact of the patent portfolios.
