Patent number: 11822562Abstract: Aspects described herein include systems and methods for determining addresses for assets, prioritizing the addresses for inspection by users, and applying natural language processing techniques to unstructured text input by the users. According to some aspects, a message may be received that includes unstructured text that was input by a user. The unstructured text may be associated with an inspection, by the user, of an address for an asset. One or more natural language techniques may be applied to the unstructured text to, among other things, facilitate the determination and sending of a response message to the unstructured text in an automated fashion. The response message may, if the asset was not found, include another address as a suggestion for the user to inspect for the asset. This suggested address may be determined based on changes to address priority that were caused by processing of the unstructured text.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 2022Date of Patent: November 21, 2023Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Lokesh S. Tulshan, Deepthi Uppalapati, Anirban Majumdar, Daniel Pereira, Manish R. Chhabra, Kukumina Pradhan, Kuldeep Kashinath Marganache, Raghavendra Chivukula

Patent number: 11816097Abstract: Systems and methods for determining accurate addresses for assets are described herein. According to some aspects, a plurality of addresses associated with an asset are compiled from sources such as database systems. For the plurality of address records, scores that correspond to attributes of the address records can be determined. Attributes associated with the address records may include a recency, a source, a date, license plate data, or address type, to name several non-limiting examples. Additionally, a zone of interest for the asset can be determined based on the plurality of address records. The plurality of address records is prioritized based on their distance from the zone of interest and the scores associated with them and, based on the priority, a subset of the plurality of address records is sent to, for example, a service provider.Type: GrantFiled: June 8, 2021Date of Patent: November 14, 2023Assignee: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Lindsay Detwiler, Kukumina Pradhan, Lokesh S. Publication number: 20210350304Abstract: An aspect of the present disclosure aids further examination of data set for improving corresponding key performance indicators (KPI). In an embodiment, a data set containing a plurality of data points is selected, with each data point specifying an individual fact value for a respective combination of members and each member being associated with a corresponding dimension. A respective aggregate fact value is generated for each member of each dimension. A respective variation among aggregate fact values of corresponding members is computed for each dimension. The set of dimensions having more variation is identified as containing pertinent information for further examination of a key performance indicator (KPI).Type: ApplicationFiled: June 19, 2020Publication date: November 11, 2021Inventors: Tanmoy Bhowmik, Anand Kumar Singh, Anirban Majumdar

Publication number: 20210350305Abstract: A BI system identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) of interest for a given time duration without requiring any user inputs for such purpose. In other words, the user may provide inputs for purposes such as specifying the time duration, for initiation of execution of modules to trigger the identification, etc., but no user inputs may be required for such identification itself. In an embodiment, the KPIs of interest are determined by examining a corresponding sequence of measurements for each key performance indicator (KPI). The KPIs thus identified are sent for display.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 19, 2020Publication date: November 11, 2021Inventors: Anand Kumar Singh, Tanmoy Bhowmik, Anirban Majumdar

Publication number: 20190102742Abstract: There are significant advantages to employing a diverse workforce within an enterprise. Techniques for identifying gaps in diversity hiring, promotion, and termination within an enterprise are provided herein. The techniques described herein may be used to analyze any large data set for comparison of aggregated data. Employment data may be collected and aggregated based on classifications such as ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability status, and so forth, and within each classification the data can be aggregated for hiring, termination, promotion, and so forth. Two aggregates can be identified for comparison, and statistical scores may be generated for the first aggregate as compared to the second aggregate. Each of the statistical scores may be weighted and the scores may be combined to generate a single impact score. The impact score can be used to identify gaps in diversity employment practices within the enterprise.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2018Publication date: April 4, 2019Applicant: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Vikas Agrawal, Saurav Mohapatra, Anirban Majumdar, Ispati Nautiyal, Manisha Gupta
