Abstract: A health and wellness guidance system is provided. The system may include a memory configured to store health-related information about individual members of a population. The system may also include a processor operatively coupled to the memory and configured to assemble at least one tailored health risk assessment questionnaire package tailored for an individual member of the population. The assembly may be performed in response to at least one of the following: an update to the health-related information stored in the memory, and an addition of new health-related information to the memory.
