Abstract: A vacuum cleaner comprising a housing (1), in which a dust compartment (5), which can be closed by a dust compartment cover and is designed to receive a dust interceptor (6), and a fan compartment (7) for receiving a motor-driven fan unit (8) are configured. The vacuum cleaner also comprises a receiving compartment (16) for attachments (17), which extends below the dust compartment (5) and/or the fan compartment (7) and can be accessed by means of an opening (18) in the housing (1).
