  • Publication number: 20250068401
Abstract: A computerized method generates a structure configuration from a codebase and generates application code using the structure configuration. Code examples of the codebase are obtained, and a structure configuration is generated using the obtained code examples and a standard configuration dataset. The structure configuration includes code components specific to the codebase. Labels that are indicative of component attributes are assigned to the code components of the structure configuration. A code generation request is received, and the request is converted into a plurality of feature prompts. At least one code component is mapped to each feature prompt based on semantic similarity of the feature prompt to a label of the mapped code component. Application code is generated using the mapped code components. The generated application code is deployed for execution. This method enables the automatic generation of code that conforms to common patterns and accurately exhibits the features requested.

  • Publication number: 20250066751
Abstract: The present invention provides a Cas9 platform to facilitate single-site nuclease gene editing precision within a human genome. For example, a Cas9 nuclease/DNA-targeting unit (Cas9-DTU) fusion protein precisely delivers a Cas9/sgRNA complex to a specific target site within the genome for subsequent sgRNA-dependent cleavage of an adjacent target sequence. Alternatively, attenuating Cas9 binding using mutations to the a protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) recognition domain makes Cas9 target site recognition dependent on the associated DTU, all while retaining Cas9's sgRNA-mediated DNA cleavage fidelity. Cas9-DTU fusion proteins have improved target site binding precision, greater nuclease activity, and a broader sequence targeting range than standard Cas9 systems. Existing Cas9 or sgRNA variants (e.g., truncated sgRNAs (tru-gRNAs), nickases and FokI fusions) are compatible with these improvements to further reduce off-target cleavage.

  • Patent number: 12238625
Abstract: Device information may be obtained using LoRaWAN communications. A device information request may be generated and transmitted by a user device and include request parameters such as a device type for which information is desired, a type of information requested, a geographic range for the request, and the like and/or combinations thereof. Device information requests may also be propagated or repeated by intermediary devices to achieve the desired request range. Accordingly, a recipient device of the original request may propagate or repeat, using LoRaWAN, a request signal if it determines that the request range has not been met. If the request range has been met, the recipient device might not repeat the request.

  • Patent number: 12238541
Abstract: In a wireless communication system, Distributed Units (DUs) wirelessly receive test data from wireless access points and transfer the test data to a Central Unit (CU). The CU receives the test data from the DUs and estimates data throughputs for combinations of the DUs and the wireless access points based on the test data. The CU selects some of the combinations of the DUs and the wireless access points based on the estimated data throughputs. The CU exchanges user data with the user communication devices and exchanges the user data with the DUs in the selected combinations of the DUs and the wireless access points. The DUs in the selected combinations of the DUs and the wireless access points exchange the user data with the CU and wirelessly exchange the user data with the wireless access points in the selected combinations of the DUs and the wireless access points.

  • Patent number: 12236579
Abstract: An immersive scene monitoring system presents a monitoring interface providing a virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR) view of a scene associated with production operation(s) for a (e.g., pharmaceutical) product. The VR/AR view of the scene may be displayed with interactable graphical elements representing input fields corresponding to attributes of quality management events to be generated. The system generates the quality management events based on input (e.g., voice, gesture) received via the monitoring interface. The VR and/or AR view of the scene may be displayed with indicators of detected anomalies, and the input fields and/or corresponding attributes may be automatically populated by the system based on recognized objects and/or anomalies depicted in captured image data of the VR/AR view of the scene. The system can be configured for different scenes pertaining to different production operations and/or different products via a configuration interface.

  • Publication number: 20250061223
Abstract: Masking JavaScript in an embedded browser of an application display identifies areas within the embedded browser that are to be masked to a screensharing client, to enable the screensharing client to redact corresponding regions of the application display when the application display is transmitted on a screenshare session. A list of CSS selectors is provided to the masking script identifying HTML elements in the DOM that are to be masked. The masking script determines the locations and sizes of the HTML elements within the embedded browser and reports the masked areas to a screensharing client. The screensharing client correlates the masked areas within the embedded browser to regions of the application display containing the embedded browser. The screensharing client redacts the correlated regions from the screensharing data and does not transmit the redacted regions to prevent information appearing in the redacted regions from being transmitted on the screenshare session.

  • Publication number: 20250063050
Abstract: A service provider provides flexible access to services using an identity provider. The service provider is associated with a custom access policy used by the identity provider to authenticate access requests associated with client devices for services of the client system. The custom access policy describes a set of access levels corresponding to variable levels of access to services of the service provider. The identity provider authenticates access requests by client devices using one or more device signals from the client devices. In some embodiments, the identity provider determines a device trust score for the client device using the one or more device signals. The identity provider provides an authentication response to the client system based on the custom access policy. The client system uses the authentication response to determine an access level for the client device from the set of access levels described by the custom access policy.
