The present disclosure can conveniently adjust positions of the first transparent plate (i.e. a lens plate), according to requirements of different usage conditions, to further adjust distribution directions of light emitted from the LED lamp, which can adjust distribution directions of the light without needing to disassemble the LED lamp, and have a simple and convenient operation thereof.
