    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a gas pressure regulating device for vehicle. A gas pressure regulating device for vehicle includes a valve seat and a valve cavity housing. The valve seat is provided with a valve core insertion hole, and a bottom of the valve core insertion hole is provided with a valve port. The valve cavity housing is detachably assembled with the valve seat. A valve core is guided and assembled in the valve cavity housing, the valve core has an inserted segment, the inserted segment is inserted in the valve core insertion hole, and the valve core is provided with a flow channel. An insertion sealing ring is provided between a hole wall of the valve core insertion hole and an outer peripheral surface of the inserted segment of the valve core. The valve seat and the valve cavity housing are relatively translated in an axial direction of the valve core insertion hole and are assembled in place in a relatively translational manner.

A sheep SNP molecular marker is provided, where the sheep SNP molecular marker is associated with resistance to brucellosis in sheep, and has a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 in which a T/C polymorphism is located at 101st bp. The sheep SNP molecular marker can accurately detect a resistance level of sheep to the brucellosis, and is used for the selection of brucellosis-resistant sheep as well as molecular marker-assisted breeding of the resistance to brucellosis in sheep. The sheep SNP molecular marker effectively improves a breeding efficiency of sheep with brucellosis resistance.

    Abstract: A high-pressure composite container is provided. At least a plastic-liner is provided with a plastic shell and a metal end encapsulated by the plastic shell. The plastic-liner of the sealing structure only consists of the plastic shell and the metal end, and the sealing structure is simple. The metal end and a bottle mouth valve jointly compress a sealing ring on the bottle mouth valve, so that the sealing ring forms a stable compression amount, and finally the high-pressure gas cylinder has excellent sealing performance. In addition, the metal end and the plastic shell are well positioned both axially and circumferentially. In the case of high and low pressure and temperature alternation, the relative positions of the metal end and the plastic shell do not change, and a sealing surface of the plastic shell does not deform and dislocate.
