Abstract: The present invention relates to a synthetic library of vvthumanised antigen specific binding molecules derived from a member of a species in the Elasmobranchii subclass, processes for the production thereof and specific antigen specific binding molecules isolated from said library. The present invention also relates to the multi-domain specific binding molecules comprising humanised Ig-like Novel Antigen Receptor variable domains (VNARs). Specific binding domains that bind to Tumour Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF?) are also provided.

A document entrance passageway is defined by the chassis and substantially enclosed by the chassis, the document entrance passageway positioned adjacent the feed mechanism and including a document entrance on one of the plurality of side surfaces. A document exit passageway is defined by the chassis and substantially enclosed by the chassis, the document exit passageway positioned adjacent the feed mechanism and including a document exit on one of the plurality of side surfaces.

Abstract: The e.v. pouch is a latex bag with a structured and contoured adhesive opening designed to fit securely around the outer skin of the rectum. This allows defecation to occur into the pouch. Its main use is for the bowel incontinent patient. It provides a convenient yet sanitary means of disposing of feces with very little exposure of it to the skin. It should dramatically decrease the number of bedsores and skin irritation in the incontinent patient.

The armrest includes an upper portion connected to a main portion of the armrest by a hinge along an outer surface thereof, movable away from a home position against the main portion of the armrest, the compartment preferably being mounted in the main portion such that moving the upper portion away from the home position exposes the upper surface of the compartment. The compartment may have an upwardly opening lid which opens to a thermoelectrically cooled or heated cavity which may be sized to accept several beverage containers or in an alternate embodiment it may be sized to accept one upright beverage container.
