    Abstract: A reusable dry cleaning bag is provided having a dual purpose as a hanging garment cover and a tote bag. The dry cleaning bag is configured to have a plurality of panels that are connected to form the hanging garment cover having a closed end and an open end. A pair of straps is positioned along an axis of the panels. The hanging garment cover is converted to a tote bag by folding the bottom half of the garment cover at the axis to overlap with the top half of the garment cover.
