A cylindrical insert intended to be arranged in a enclosure for the heart, comprises a fixture for immobilizing the tube in a central position of the insert. The fixture comprises an arm extending from the periphery of the fixture to the center of the fixture; and a jaw device for gripping the tube and maintaining the tube and the organ hanging in the tube in a predetermined height position.
