    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to antibodies and antibody fragments that are specific for CD117. The antibodies are improved versions of state-of-the art antibodies. In addition to a sophisticated humanization campaign, the antibodies were also engineered to remove several detrimental motifs within the CDR region without losing any beneficial properties. The antibodies are useful for the treatment of diseases associated with CD117.
