Abstract: The present invention is directed to using two or more agents in combination with capacity of reducing the intraocular pressure in a therapy with an improved efficacy to treat advanced glaucoma in such patients who suffer from detectable vision related impairments, when said agents are administered simultaneously. The combined use will also find advantage in treatment of individuals in need of a high IOP-reduction, such as those being exposed to risk factors rendering them susceptible to visual impairments.
