Patent number: 11941039Abstract: Systems and methods for transcription analysis of a recording are provided. The recording includes an audio and screenshot/video portion. The audio portion is transcribed using a machine learned model. Models may be selected by the recording quality and potentially accents or other speech patterns that are present. The transcription is then linked to the video/screen capture chronology, so that automatic scrolling is enabled, clip selection from the transcription, and searching to a video time is possible. There is improvements to user experience question generation, review of study results, and in managing the study participants.Type: GrantFiled: January 12, 2023Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen

Patent number: 11934475Abstract: Advanced user experience study can be accomplished by enabling recording on a device such as a smart phone, providing a participant with one or more survey questions and a task. Typically, the participants are recorded and redirected to a starting URL. The recording can be terminated when the participant reaches a validation condition. Results, for example, videos, survey results, click flows, and heat maps may be filterable across any participant feature or any study validation criteria. Validation criteria includes time taken to complete a given action, ending up at a particular URL (or class of URLs), based upon question answers, or any combination thereof. These criteria can be classified as either a successful completion of the study, or a failed attempt. Additionally, the validation criteria can also include a decision by the participant to abandon the study.Type: GrantFiled: December 30, 2019Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: USERZOOM TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Xavier Mestres, Alfonso de la Nuez, Albert Recolons, Francesc del Castillo, Jordi Ibañez, Anna Barba, Andrew Jensen

Publication number: 20220005101Abstract: A system is disclosed that obtains an image of an apparel item and text describing the apparel item. The system also determines descriptive metadata of the apparel item by extracting information from the text. Further, the system further determines categorization metadata of the apparel item by analyzing the image. Additionally, the system stores the image, the descriptive metadata, and the categorization metadata in a virtual closet. Moreover, the system provides a recommendation of an outfit from a stylist to a user based on the virtual closet.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 17, 2021Publication date: January 6, 2022Inventors: Anna Jensen, Raul Fernandez, Gary Myers, William McComb

Patent number: 10988678Abstract: The flow of a fluid may be diverted from a high permeability zone to a low permeability portion of a subterranean formation by use of particulates comprising dicarboxylic acid, ester or an anhydride of the formula: or an anhydride thereof, wherein R1 is —COO—(R5O)y—R4 or —H; R2 and R3 are selected from the group consisting of —H and —COO—(R5O)y—R4, provided both R2 and R3 are —COO—(R5O)y—R4 when R1 is —H and further provided only one of R2 or R3 is —COO—(R5O)y—R4 when R1 is —COO—(R5O)y—R4, R4 is —H or a C1-C6 alkyl group, R5 is a C1-C6 alkylene group, and each y is 0 to 5. The dicarboxylic acid, ester or anhydride may further be admixed with an aliphatic polyester having the general formula of repeating units: where n is an integer between 75 and 10,000 and R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, acetyl, heteroatoms, and mixtures; thereof.Type: GrantFiled: March 16, 2018Date of Patent: April 27, 2021Assignee: Baker Hughes, a GE company, LLCInventors: D. Publication number: 20170159402Abstract: A fluid-impermeable barrier, used to isolate stimulated intervals in a reservoir during a multi-zone fracturing operation, may be removed from the wellbore which penetrates the reservoir using a circulating fluid containing dissolvable solid particulates. The dissolvable solid particulates bridge perforation clusters during clean-out of the wellbore and thus inhibit passage of the circulating fluid into the fracture network through the perforation clusters.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 2, 2015Publication date: June 8, 2017Inventors: Scott G.
