Abstract: Provided herein are methods and compositions of treating a condition by intratumorally administering MDM2 inhibitors. In some embodiments, the pharmaceutical compositions for intratumoral administration are formulated for controlled release and can comprise a biodegradable polymer.

Abstract: A retractable wall outlet extension for easily relocating a wall outlet includes an outlet housing having a cavity between a front side, a rear side, a left side, a right side, a bottom side, and a top side. An at least one outlet is coupled to the outlet housing within an at least one outlet aperture. A spool assembly comprises an axel coupled within the outlet housing, a spool rotatably coupled to the axel, and a tensioner spring is coupled between the spool and the axel. An extension cord has a proximal end coupled to each of the at least one outlets, is wound around the spool and through the cord aperture with a distal end having a plug. The extension cord has a wound position on the spool with the plug proximal the outlet housing and an alternate extended position with the extension cord extended through the cord aperture.

Abstract: A method of using a convertible includes providing a convertible bag that includes a changing surface including a first tray panel and a second tray panel; first and second panel side walls extending perpendicular from the first and second tray panels, respectively; a shoulder strap including a first strap end and a second strap end, wherein each of the first and second strap ends is removably attached to the bag; and a plurality of connection points for removably attaching the first and second strap ends to the bag. The convertible bag moves between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the first panel and the second panel are parallel. In the open position, the first and second tray panels are within a plane.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a convertible bag that may transform from a closed form as a diaper bag into an open form as a baby changing surface. The baby changing surface includes an elongated tray with elevated side walls. Attached to the side walls is at least one compartment that may flip from being stored inside the bag in the closed form to hanging along the outer surface of the side walls when the bag is in the open form. The interior of the bag includes a padded surface that not only provides structural integrity, but also a comfortable surface for a baby to lie on during a diaper change.

The cushion has pairs of elongated cushion extension arms extending from a central body member and a removable vertically disposed cushion portion that extends to provide shoulder belt displacement preventative element above the co-planar top edge surface of the respective upper cushion arm extensions for a child. The protective cushion is positioned between the occupant and a seat belt assembly securely restraining the occupant in place in the motor vehicle.

Abstract: A process for producing dehydrated vegetables including preparing the vegetables, holding the prepared vegetables for a time and at a temperature to activate pectinmethylesterase (PME), blanching and drying. The drying includes exposure to microwave radiation at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. The invention also provides dehydrated vegetable matter obtainable by the process, a dried food product reconstitutable with aqueous liquids which includes the vegetable matter, and the product when so reconstituted.
