    Abstract: An engine intake manifold for a V-type internal combustion engine comprising a plenum, distribution runners and an intake tract mounted between the V-type engine cylinder heads. The intake tract has a front-facing opening for channeling air from the front of the engine into the underside of the plenum, and is configured to fit within the space defined by the underside of the plenum, the distribution runners, and top of the V-type engine block.
