  • Publication number: 20260085302
Abstract: Compositions and methods for targeting pre-determined DNA or RNA sequences in plant pests are provided. The methods result in the targeted elimination of plant pests that comprise the pre-determined DNA or RNA sequence(s). Compositions comprise a Cas12a2 protein, or a polynucleotide encoding the same, and at least one guide polynucleotide, or a polynucleotide encoding the same, wherein each guide polynucleotide comprises a portion complementary to a pre-determined target sequence of a plant pest. Methods to use these compositions to selectively target and eliminate plant pests that harbor the targeted DNA or RNA sequence(s) are described herein.

  • Publication number: 20260085301
Abstract: Compositions and methods for targeting pre-determined DNA sequences in cells of interest are provided. The methods result in the targeted elimination of cells that comprise the pre-determined DNA sequence(s). Compositions comprise DNA constructs comprising nucleotide sequences that encode a Cas12a2 protein operably linked to a promoter that is operable in the cells of interest. Methods to use these DNA constructs to selectively target and eliminate cells that harbor the targeted DNA sequence(s) are described herein.

  • Publication number: 20220245551
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, computer program products, and the like, for scheduling and assigning work to a plurality of workers or service technicians. Data identifying jobs, timeframes that respective jobs should be performed, and job locations may be compared to times when workers are available to work. Each of the workers may be assigned particular jobs to begin during specific timeframes. These assignments may be based on information that identifies time slots when each worker is available to work, an estimated amount of time that particular jobs should take, skills of particular workers, and estimated travel times between jobs. After specific workers have been identified to work on specific jobs, a scheduling computer may send messages to computing devices of respective workers to schedule or reschedule work. These messages may identify job locations and timeframes that each job should be performed or begun.

  • Patent number: 10391408
Abstract: This disclosure presents systems and methods to facilitate user interactions with virtual objects depicted as being present in a real-world space. A representation of a first location in a real-world space may include one or more virtual objects depicted in the representation of the first location as being present in the first location. An orientation of a computing platform physically present at a second location may be obtained. An image may be generated based on one or more of the representation of the first location, the orientation, and/or other information. The image may depict the representation of the first location within a field of view of the real-world space and one or more virtual objects depicted as being present in the first location within the field of view. The user may interact with virtual object depicted as being present in the first location within the field of view.
